- How is the ticketing system used
The ticketing system provides the user with two main functions,
- Submit ticket. raise a new support ticket or question. the ticket is utomatically routed to a support agent, both the agent and the user are sent an email confirming the support request. As the ticket is progressed/answered the user will be sent an email with the details.
- My Tickets is a menu item that lists all the tickets for the user. for a support agent this will list all the tickets assignd to that support agent. Tickets may be selected from the list for editting and/or closing.
